Preparing production schedule based on supply plan;
Defining day/shift/hour production schedules considering constrains of Manufacturing and Supply Chain area;
Working as an integral part of manufacturing & iSCP to fully optimize Supply Chain;
Analyzing and reporting key manufacturing & ISCP KPI’s;
Working with Master Data and SAP system setup;
Ownership and review with manufacturing of the SLA including site capacities & rules of operations;
Overall responsibility for production sequencing and review through iS&OP process;
Maintaining of the Detailed Production Planning tool to ensure optimum outputs;
Providing input to AOP and iS&OP process;
Facilitating performance reviews with Manufacturing and Supply Planning to challenge & influence, based on performance trends & opportunities identified;
Key Competencies:
High level of knowledge & understanding of the production planning process (impact on Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service);
Solid technical knowledge of the plant processes – capacity & bottlenecks;
Very good knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain systems & processes;
Very good understanding of ISCP and manufacturing, functional performance and interrelationships to maximize results & limit risk;
Strong analytical skills and excellent practical Excel skills, MS Office package (JDA as a plus);
Good English is a must;
Good communication skills and teamwork ability;
