ROLE DESCRIPTION
De Senior Process Engineer is verantwoordelijk voor de volledige process engineering van een sproeidrooginstallatie: van conceptfase tot commissioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bewaken van het proces van grondstoffen tot aan de sproeidroger
- Opslag van vloeistoffen
- Macro en micro dry ingredients handling
- Olie handling en mixen
- Batch management, MES en traceability
- Voorbereiding van batch ingrediënten
- Fermentatieprocessen
- Sproeidroog- en blendingtechnologieën
- Bewaken van veiligheid gedurende het hele proces
- Opstellen processpecificaties
- Bewaken van kwaliteitsstandaarden van processen en equipment
- Opvolgen van tenders met verschillende contractors
- Beheer van equipment: o.a. acceptance testen
- Trainingen geven
- Begeleiden van de start-up van het equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc Food Processing or Engineering
- Ervaring in sproeidrogen
- Technisch project management
- Vanaf 8 jaar werkervaring
- Ervaring in manufacturing
- Ervaring in een snel veranderende multidisciplinaire en geglobaliseerde werkomgeving
