Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
Onze klant is een internationale speler in de voedingsindustrie, met klanten over de hele wereld. Het is een vooruitstrevende organisatie met moderne uitrusting en heeft efficiëntie hoog in het vaandel staan. Hiervoor ben ik op zoek naar een Senior Process Engineer Food.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Als Senior Process Engineer Food zul jij verantwoordelijk zijn voor het begeleiden van nieuwe projecten van A tot Z. Hierbij zul je een grote rol spelen in het analyseren en elimineren van eventuele risico's, en het herzien van de technische uitrusting voor een optimale inrichting van de productielijn. Je bent daarnaast als Senior Process Engineer Food verantwoordelijk voor het trainen begeleiden van het operationele team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leiden van projecten
- Herzien van de technische uitrusting, met als doel het efficiënter inrichten van de productielijnen
- Het vertalen van theorie naar technische specificaties
- Communiceren met alle betrokken disciplines
- Begeleiden en coachen van het operationele team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Master in Food Engineering of vergelijkbare opleiding
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Process Engineer in de voeding- of chemische industrie
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels op zakelijk niveau, Duits is een pré
- Ervaring met het coachen van operators
