Senior Portfolio Manager

Your mission: Manage our portfolio to ensure delivery of ELN's product innovation strategy
As a Senior Portfolio Manager you are accountable for the cross-functional project portfolio management for Early Life Nutrition and securing sustainable performance culture via excelling innovation processes. The Senior Portfolio Manager plays a crucial role in priority setting and resource allocation in order to maximize the value of the portfolio. You will be closely involved in both R&D and Business to ensure the portfolio reflects the company’s product innovation strategy, with the best balance between short and long term.
Other key responsibilities:
• Develop business process improvement strategies which drive significant impact on breakthrough Innovation.
• Benchmark with continuous improvement efforts across other organization internally and externally.
• Actively engage with other Functions (Marketing, Operations, HCN, and Quality) to ensure consistency and relevance in approach for business analysis tools and continuous improvement approaches.
• Drive implementation of performance improvement conclusion (Tracking and communication (periodical reviews), facilitating process of shaping action plan / execution).
• Communicate Operational Excellence information/news/ achievements and initiatives to senior management.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic communicator:
• Academic level, preferably in Food Sciences or Business administration
• Relevant work experience of 5-8 years, preferable in another FMCG company.
• Solid knowledge of and experience with Portfolio Management
• Excellent communication skills in building and maintaining a network with business and specialists internally and externally
• Creative and analytical personality
• Comfortable working in a dynamic multinational organization, in a highly international environment and interacting with various functional disciplines
• Willing & able to travel nationally and internationally (10-20%)
