Our client is an international advisory group, established in 2007 that provides a wide range of advisory services with practical and clear solutions incorporating best practices and remain involved throughout the duration of each assignment ensuring that recommendations are thoughtfully aligned with the specifics of each client.
Your new role
Managing the end to end statutory payroll process for a dedicated portfolio of clients;
Preparing employment contracts, termination decisions, length of service certificate, other types of certificates requested by the employees;
Proving payroll consultancy for clients;
Preparing customized salary reports for each client according to their needs;
Collective Labor Contracts review and update;
Assisting the clients to Labor Inspectorate audit, if the case.
What you'll need to succeed
University Degree in Accounting or Finance;
Strong understanding of payroll and labor relationships theory;
More than 3 years of payroll experience;
Fluency in English.
