Position purpose
We are currently looking for a candidate who will be working as Senior Payroll Administration Specialist in Internal Payroll Departament. This position requires strong analytical skills and direct contact with the internal clients.
Job description
- Demonstrate knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to polish Payroll regulations
- Process Payroll requests
- Update all required process documentation
- Maintain payroll information
- Payslip production
- Tax and deduction setups
- Reporting
Requirements
- 4 years experience on individual position within the Payroll area
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of Płatnik program and MS Office suite
- Knowledge of TETA will be an asset
- University Degree
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
- Good organizational skills
