Our client is an award-winning international provider of financial services currently establishing an operation in Krakow with plans to create a significant local presence in the city over the next few years. A global investment bank and securities brokerage, they operate from multiple cities throughout North America, Europe and Asia providing world renowned services including global custody, foreign exchange, securities lending, fund administration and securities brokerage to some of the world's most sophisticated institutions, leading private companies and high net worth individuals.

Payroll Senior Administrator


The Payroll Senior Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of salaries, wages, commissions and incentive payments. This position performs all of the required and clerical activities necessary to prepare hourly, salary and commission payrolls.

Responsibilities:

- Collate all the payroll information from employees and enter it onto the payroll
summary.
- Collect and send all tax forms to payroll vendor for payroll processing
- Check draft payslips for accuracy when they are returned before the live run
- Gain Managing Director signature on the payroll and variance report and return to
payroll provider
- Order the monthly and annual travel tickets for employees
- Log anything outside the payroll interface onto a vendor owned access database
- Check the draft payroll for accuracy and report any discrepancies/changes to
vendor before the live payroll run
- Follow up with Managers on a monthly basis to ensure they approve the time in the
Time and Labor database
- Check the exceptions and overtime report from Time and Labor and input this into
the payroll summary.
- Payroll Reporting (general ledger entries preparation, payroll lreports for
management, reports for third party vendors)

Wymagania

A strong candidate will have:

- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (Polish Payroll)
- Relevant High School degree or equivalent certificate
- Fluent English is a must
- Excellent organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state payroll taxes and legislation a plus
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Access
- Knowledge of payroll processes and systems interfaces
