Person at this position will be responsible for:
- Coordinating of HR and payroll team
- Creating and improving payment procedures and processes
- Migration of payroll processes
- Creating internal payroll platform
- Managing pay ad tax law
- Implementing of payment related software
- Analyzing and reporting of financial dates
- Controlling and auditing of payroll processes
- Working closely with a senior management in the organization
- Growing and developing payroll team
WYMAGANIA
- Higher education (preferably: Human Resources Management, Labor Law)
- Min. 5 years of experience in payroll department
- Knowledge of Polish labor law and social security
- Very good knowledge of payments software
- Experience in team management (min. 1 year)
- Fluent English
- Ability to implement new ideas, creativity
- Self-reliance and good organizational skills
- Ability to work with soft data under time pressure
