For our Client, a well-known international company from maritime industry, we are currently looking for Senior Order Fulfillment Specialist.
In this position, yourfocus area will be providing customer service for the lifecycle of the marine and
offshore spare parts business. You will coordinate and handle the order from the creation of
Order Confirmation, through monitoring the delivery to the customer until it is invoiced. This
will require contact with various stakeholders from around the world and working with the top
of the notch ERP system- SAP. As a Senior Order Fulfillment Handler you will be focused on
coordinating optimal workflow level as well as engaging your fellow team members. You will be
cooperating closely with our Clients around the world and also internal teams
To be successful in this role you should have:
● Excellent interpersonal skills and service-orientation mind and attitude
● Being a good communicator and a team player
● Knowledge and experience in working with SAP and Google Suite
● Experience in working in maritime companies with strong focus on Customer Care will
be an asset
