For our Client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Senior Oracle DBA.
Your new role
Holding this position your role will be to serve as a DBA in all facets of DBMS design, implementation, deployment, administration, maintenance, project coordination, as well as support of production and development environments. You will cooperate with developers and stakeholders. This position will require taking both leading and hands-on roles in the implementation of the solution. Identification and initiation of quality improvements measures will be also part of your duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess extensive industry experience (5+ years) that include serving as a DBA as well as extensive Oracle 10G, 11G and 12c technical experience. Moreover, you need to be familiar with backup and recovery using RMAN as well as Oracle RAC and ASM. In addition, shell programming using SQL, PERL will be also required from you. Knowledge of MS SQL will be an advantage. Due to work in international environment you need to have very good knowledge of English language.
