Job description:
- work with Connectivity Services leader and vendors
- own end to end operational process
- monitor daily fault management and order fulfilment and service delivery
- design and resolve complex customer problems
- establish performance management and metrics to continuously improve service
- coordinate transactional data exchange between service providers and internal process partners
Job requirements:
- BS degree in Information Systems or related field
- 5 years IT network infrastructure delivery experience
- 5-8 years working experience of global network architectures
- 5-8 years working knowledge of network & voice protocols, monitoring, and operations
- working knowledge of CISCO data and voice equipment and tools
- working knowledge of firewall and security tools and architectures
- experience in delivering network infrastructure services across multiple countries will be a plus
- Cisco certified engineer CCNA or CCNP or related qualification
- ITIL V3 foundation is an added advantage
- Fluent English
