For our Client, well-recognised manufacturer of construction materials, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Senior Network Specialist.
Your new role
The Senior Network Specialist will be joining a high performance team that is driven, innovative and packed with self-motivated individuals. As part of the team you are responsible for the administration and support of the network infrastructure globally (LAN, WLAN, WAN, Remote Access) andreviewing standards for network infrastructure: CISCO Switches , CISCO AP's , CISCO WLC, CISCO Prime, CISCO ISE, PRTG Monitoring, AVAYA Switches, AVAYA Fabric. Moreover you will be responsible for support in the technical development and implementation of global IT infrastructure projects and coordination, maintenance and monitoring of the IT infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal candidate should have several years of professional experience in the administration and management of global IT networks and background in network technology, including installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting. Important thing is to have very good knowledge of the infrastructure environment and/or experience with working with the following network components: CISCO Switches, CISCO AP's, CISCO WLC, CISCO Prime, CISCO ISE,AVAYA Switches, PRTG Monitoring,AVAYA Fabric, IP-Adress management,VLAN-configuration, Network-security and SD-WAN experience. Also fluent English is a must and ideally good command in German.
