Senior Manager - Lead Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing various business requirements as well as problem solving within the implementation options
- Liable for business analysis in the field of financial operations
- Responsible for weekly reports and management data
- Provide multiple solutions in order to enhance operations
- Prepare in-depth process and business analysis with regards to Client’s needs
- Communication with external partners and clients
Requirements:
- BA/BS Degree in finance, business or equivalent work experience
- More than 10 year of Business Analysis experience – completing business needs
- Team player worker, experience in project management would be desirable
- Have a thorough understanding of methodologies and technology to support Financial Services operations
- Good knowledge of business or financial processes would be an advantage
- Experience in working with developers is nice to have
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of SQL would be a plus
- VISIO skills will be an asset
- Has undeniable abilities to influence top management and represent IT externally and globally
- Communicate ideas smoothly and transparently
