Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.
My client is a pharmaceutical organisation located in the Antwerp region of Belgium and is currently seeking an interim Maintenance Manager with relevant pharmaceutical experience.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this Interim Maintenance position you are responsible for the total overview of the maintenance production environment. Since the team consists of 40 specialists it is important that you have experience with leading and steering teams of this size. One of the objectives is to successfully guide the company through the second phase of the TPM implementation. It is thus important that you have experience in performing and steering risk management studies like FMEA's and FMECA's. Furthermore, the overall goal is to start initiating from reactive maintenance towards preventive maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing operational processes.
- Improving production processes.
- Implementing the second phase of TPM.
- Leading risk management studies (FMEA, FMECA, RCA's).
REQUIREMENTS
- Master degree in technical related field of study (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc).
- 10+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
- Hands on experience with risk management studies (FMEA, FMECA, RCA's).
- Knowledge of GMP and high care environments.
- Experience with working in clean room environments.
