THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
The company is a globally operating organisation within the Beverage industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this position you will be responsible for further developing a maintenance strategy and its implementation over various (6) sites across Europe.
In this key-role you will working closely together with local Operations teams whom you will be supporting with the implementation of the overall Maintenance strategy.
Additionally you will also support them with creating and adhering to the maintenance budgets by using the latest tools, processes as well as KPI's to monitor the performance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of the Maintenance Strategy
- Monitoring processes and introduce KPI's to control progress of the implementation of the new strategy
- Coach and support local Operations teams
- Introducing the latest tools and methodologies
- Continuing the development and implementation of the strategies that will enable the sites to increase their yield on RoA
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in engineering
- Experience international maintenance environment
- Fluency in English. Fluency of additional European language is advantageous
- Willingness to travel between 60-80% of the time
- Strong communicator and influencer
