Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Senior Quotation and Order Handler to join our Client’s global service center in GdaĹ„sk. Our Client is a global leader in the offshore and marine industry.
Your new role
The person holding this position will be responsible for providing customer service for the life cycle of the products. This includes replying to customer inquiries within agreed time frame, creating quotes to customer and identifying components accurately by using company’s database. In addition, Senior Quotation and Order Handler will be in charge of controlling sales price based on internal pricing tools and will have to make sure that the information in the system is up to date. Furthermore, the role holder will assist purchasing team and cooperate with technical support team when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with commercial / technical Bachelor degree and minimum 2 years (min. 5 years for senior position) of experience in the similar role, ideally within ocean engineering, automotive mechanic, industrial engineer or steel technician sectors. To succeed in this role you will need to be team-oriented and have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Additionally, we require fluent command of English. Experience using EPR systems, such as SAP will be a valuable asset.
