Our Client is an international provider of enterprise software solutions with Centre of Excellence in Kraków currently hosts Finance, IT, Business Systems, HR, Legal.
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel.
In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating customer and vendor agreements. You will provide research, advice and other legal assistance to the Assistant General Counsel and other senior level lawyers. You will review, draft and negotiate legal contracts (e.g. software license agreements) in English and Spanish languages. You will support and advise sales team and professional service teams during the negotiation of contracts. This activity may include occasional meetings with customers.
A successful Candidates should have 5-9 years of experience working at a law firm or in house legal department. Fluency in English and Spanish language. Excellent analytical, diplomatic, legal research and writing skills. You should have experience in the software industry. We are looking for flexible, hard-working, committed and self motivated Candidates.
