Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for providing support to users of data systems, provides second level support for issues forwarded to the Help Desk and sends out recommendations and procedures to users in order to ensure the best possible use of our data and telecom resources. Furthermore, you will need to take charge for coordination of the setting up and updating of corporate applications in Europe. This will involve such duties as providing technical support when they are made available to European users, coordinates with corporate the IT support on the software use (training, access rights management) and ensures permanent backup for applications set up in order to allow smooth operation within acceptable deadlines.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed on this role you need to have at least 5 years of experience working as a IT engineer in application development area. You need to have good English knowledge (also technical). A good understanding of German or Polish will be beneficial. Moreover you need to be initiative, flexible and have good analyzing and problem-solving skills.
