As a Senior IT Sourcing Partner for our client, one of the Worlds most cutting edge technology firms, this role's key element is pin-pointing the best talent on the market.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Active enlisting of best candidates on the market (Direct Search, headhunting, networking, candidate database);
- Interviewing candidates in cooperation with technical recruiters
- Developing lasting relationships with key clients through an excellent level of customer service.
Your new job in recruitment:
- To succeed you'll need to have a solid experience in IT recruitment roles. Strong knowledge and understanding of local Technology market.
- Sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about sales, people-focused, outgoing and confident.
- Working as part of a team, you will be involved in building relationship with new client, contacting potential Hiring Managers explaining the benefit of using hays as a supplier. Implementing sourcing strategies for candidate attraction, recruitment and selection, ensuring that 100% of client recruitment requirements are satisfied. In your search for the perfect candidates for your clients’ needs you will write and place external adverts, search candidate databases and conduct telephone screens. You will manage your candidates throughout the recruitment process, from fully briefing for interviews, providing timely interview feedback, and making job offers.
- You will be a target-driven and highly self-motivated individual, looking to move into the recruitment industry with passion for working with people and developing professional and successful relationships. As a strong team player, you will be dedicated to providing service excellence to both your clients and candidates.
