Senior IT Recruiter
Location: GdańskNATEK has become one of the key players in IT outsourcing and consulting in CEE region and it has been so mainly thanks to our team acting as a true business partner to our prestige international customers as well as our IT consultants.
In order to support our continuous growth on the market, we are looking for new colleague to join our team who will support the recruitment team;
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates from external and internal databases
- Efficient usage of network of professional contacts via social media and extending it
- Arranging and conducting interviews with candidates
- Building long term relationships with candidates
- Conducting negotiations with candidates
- Taking part in defining induction training for new comers
- Mentoring younger colleagues
- Responsible for researcher/or team or researchers, assigning and distributing work tasks
- Evaluating and choosing correct and effective advertisement tactics in accordance to sourcing/recruitment project
- Interfacing hiring managers at customer based on sourcing/recruitment project assigned from management
- Participating on RFP responses, provide valuable information about market salary levels
Requirements:
- Proven track record in IT Recruitment (2-3 years)
- Wide knowledge of IT technologies
- Ability to identify best candidates (standard and non standard profiles) and using different sources of contact
- Ability to build long-term relations with candidates
- Being able to mentor other team members
- Very good organization of work
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, self-driven individual
- Flexibility, reliability, versatility
- MS Office: advanced
- Advanced command of English
