We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Kraków
The role of the Project Manager is to lead and co-ordinate all the technical activities required for successful project delivery. This requires working closely with all the technical teams engaged on the project both in the UK and offshore. You will also work closely with Business Project Managers and Business teams to ensure overall project success.

Key Accountabilities:
Manage and Deliver software development IT projects (agile methodology)
Creating and maintaining standard project management artefacts such as project plan, risk & issue register, change log, budget tracker, progress reports etc.
Leading and motivating the project team, split across numerous locations, towards successful delivery
Reporting, verbally and in writing, project status and progress to senior managers
Helping teams knock down issues and basically making things happen
Achieving targets and meeting expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
Ensure that all required parties are in agreement with the solutions and requirements and all risks are addressed AND resolved within a set time frame
Ensure that requirements are managed and clearly communicated to the stakeholders
Own detailed budgetary management within planning tools
Requirements:
You have minimum of 3 years of strong experience as IT Project manager, Agile Product Manager, IT Business Analyst, IT stakeholder or any similar role
You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams
You can explain a technical solution to non techie stakeholders
You use metrics to help determine throughput to report on project progress
You like to manage risks and are willing work with the team and stakeholder to help mitigate them
You will champion the team and make sure that the team has everything it needs to do its job and remove any obstacles
You are a strong collaborator who likes to join up the dots and ensure there is no us and them between your team and other parties.
You are willing to lead by example and show what good looks like
You are technology-aware and curious about technology but you don't have to be a true techie
You are a people person, you care about your team, and you care about your client
Nice to have:
PMI/PMP certificate or other in similar domain
Big tech / incubator / startup experience - exposure to new technologies
