For our Client, company located in Bielsko-Biała, we are currently looking for Senior IT Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems.
Your new role
The Sr. Manager BE Manufacturing Execution Systems will have responsibility to direct and manage the IT Business Engagement and Plant IT team responsible for building and maintaining a trusted partnership with the Manufacturing leadership teams, to include providing strategic leadership and applied technical expertise in the selection, process and solution design, deployment and prioritization of global business solutions. The key to this role is possessing the business acumen around the specific processes and technologies to fully accomplish the following: maintain a strong relationship with business functional leadership, manage the prioritization of the portfolio of solutions and improvement initiatives, lead in business case development and funding requirements, provide functional requirements definition, including process design and information requirements, and provide the program management to execute initiative deployment from inception through transition to the application support team.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be an ideal candidate you need to meet listed requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 10 years relevant business domain and industry experience with large global Manufacturing systems implementations, experience in international manufacturing business environment, preferably in the automotive industry and experience with business technologies, particularly Manufacturing and, preferable, Controlling solutions. Moreover, you have to have experience working with C level executives and preparing persuasive and concise business presentations and communications, effective partnering skills at all levels of the organization, functional business acumen in Manufacturing disciplines and successful track record of business relationship management with senior executive leadership and IT project portfolio management, preferably in Manufacturing. Additionally, we expect all candidates to have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to make challenging decisions in a timely fashion across highly complex and multidimensional opportunities, proven influencing and persuasion skills and proven ability to lead and mentor team members, including team building, motivation and collaboration.
