Senior IP Telephony Specialist

Challenges
- Propose, test, design and create engineering rules for new UC features and solutions.
- Create and update the UC project and operational documentation.
- Participate in the Global Telephony Rollout project aimed at migrating users from local legacy solutions around the world to the regional Cisco Unified Communications Manager clusters in EMEA, AMER and APAC.
- Participate in the daily Cisco Telephony/UC operations, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfillment ITIL processes.
Join us if you have…
- at least 2 years of experience in a similar position involving implementation and/or operation of UC infrastructure,
- experience with Cisco UC, minimum CCNP Voice/Collaboration certifications, ideally CCIE Voice/Collaboration or equivalent level of skills and experience (CUCM, IM&P, TelePresence, VCS/Expressway, VoIP gateways, etc.),
- VoIP protocols and UC systems integration methods,
- at least high level knowledge about LAN/WAN technologies, VPN, QoS supporting VoIP,
- familiarity and understanding of IT best practices (ITIL certification will be a plus),
- excellent English language skills.
