For one of our clients we are currently looking for experienced candidates to join their SSC in Krak贸w .
As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for data processing, interacting with employees by helping them with their queries regarding HR processes and policies. You will perform a wide variety of administrative and analytical support duties in HR areas such as Compensation, Learning and Development, HR administration, Talent Acquisition and Performance & career planning. You will become the first point of contact for the employees from all over the world in terms of their everyday problems connected with employee lifecycle.
We are looking for candidates with background in HR administration or HR Support(6 months- 2 years), with advanced English skills (B2+/C1 level).
To succeed you should be hold excellent written and verbal communication, ability to cooperate in international organization and client oriented attitude.
