For one of our client, international biotechnology company,we are looking for candidates to fill the position of a Senior HR Coordinator with German within a newly created HR team in Warsaw.
Your new role:
As a Senior HR Coordinator you will become a member of a team supporting internal Client in terms of HR related matters internationally (Europe, US, Asia-Pacific). You will be required to provide daily support, respond questions and resolve simple and complex problems of company's current or former employees on various positions. You will be escalating complex cases and cooperate with HR Lead, hiring managers and local HR BP's to resolve cases. You will be also responsible for conducting transnational changes in terms of payroll, benefits, compensations, policies and procedures as well as for database updating and maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with at least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in the area of HR Customer Service or HR Operations, preferably within an international organisation supporting foreign countries. Senior HR Coordinator will be mainly dedicated to support German employees, which is why fluent German and very good English skills are a must. If you are an HR expert, positive and people oriented person with an eye for details, able to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal Client (including key management staff), apply!
