For our Client, a multinational, fast-paced production company located in Lower Silesia region, we are seeking to recruit diligently (preferred start date: the end of August 2015) an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as Senior HR Business Partner.
With full responsibility for the HR function together with HR administration activities, the Candidate will plan and review current procedures and streamline HR strategies, which would enhance the development of the organization. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the successful Candidate will deliver and maintain HR solutions including: talent and performance management, salary and compensation & benefits policy as well as HSE procedures and policies. The Candidate is also expected to provide senior management with HR consultancy to improve the capability of the organization.
A successful applicant has 3 years of experience on similar position, ideally within a production related organization. Our Client is seeking a skilled professional with excellent working knowledge of HR best practice and compliance as well as proven experience of employee relations. A perfect Candidate has an ability to influence, persuade and build strong relationships with all employees and senior management. HR Manager should have strong knowledge of Polish labour law and payroll administration. Fluent English and University Degree in Management, Law, Sociology, Psychology or HR are required.
