On behalf of our Client, leading global business services centre located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in Senior Group IT Business Analyst role and international projects.
Your new role
As Senior Group IT Business Analyst you will play a key role in identifying the most appropriate solution to a business problems, working with the wider design and development teams. You will be responsible for gathering information and analysing business problems thoroughly using structured methods, identifying opportunities for change and improvement. You will also communicate and negotiate with all relevant stakeholders (both business and Group IT) to ensure a balance of usability and fit with architecture. Moreover, you will work with the project team to produce key design deliverables as specified in relevant IT processes as well as execute system testing tasks and audit implemented solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have min. 5 years of relevant experience on IT/System Business Analyst role. You need to have experience in completing and influencing complex analytical assignments. Also, you need to have knowledge of modelling tools and techniques and ability to manage the selection/creation of appropriate test scenarios. It is also essential to have strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills. Due to international projects you need to have fluent English language skills. Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures would be strong advantage.
