For our Client, well-known international company located in Katowice we are looking for a person interested in the role of Senior Global HR Systems Analyst.
Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for lead and support HR projects related to system changes, such as workflow changes, country SAP deployments, new data elements, acquisition integrations etc. You will work with IT organization on managing system changes, project prioritization, testing and implementation of system changes. Also, you will be responsible for supporting change management and training needs related to HR system updates and enhancements. In addition, maintaining system and data integration, coordination data loads and changes as related to ongoing project is also responsibilities of Senior Global HR Systems Analyst.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience on similar position and have project management skills (certification will be an advantage). You need to have knowledge of SAP HCM or other ERP systems for HR and understand of HR process and data requirements. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Access) are required. Regarding to international environment you should speak in English very well.
