For our Client, well-known international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for a person interested in the position of a Senior Filenet Engineer (Global Operations IT).
Your new role
Working on this position you will be responsible for the IBM FileNet production support Level 2/3 activities. Your responsibilities will include the cooperation with business representative, requirements analysis, system design, preparing technical documentation, system implementation and production support. As a Senior Filenet Engineer you will work as part of a team following technology choices, coding/design standards and build and deployment procedures. Moreover you will complete incidents and assigned tasks in a timely manner within KPIs and within agreed quality.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have university degree in computer science/engineering or related field and knowledge about Enterprise Content management system. An ideal candidate should have strong experience with IBM FileNet, Workplace & Workplace XT, Content Navigator, Content Collector and Enterprise Records for past 3 years. Experience with Agile, Oracle Database, Linux or Windows server administration, IBM WebSphere, experience with customization of IBM Case manager and IBM Content Navigator will be an advantage.
