Senior Electrical Engineer/Starszy projektant instalacji elektrycznych
Location: KrakówMain responsibilities:
- Utility design for large sites including the design of power distribution and transmission systems, protective relaying, design of medium voltage overhead line systems and underground ductbank systems
- Development of conceptual design and detail design documents which would include calculations related to sizing and selecting of these systems, the development of one line diagrams, and general arrangements
- Design of power distribution, lighting, grounding, and lightning protection systems for facilities and sites
- Independent applying of advanced electrical engineering techniques and dealing with issues
- Technical quidance, leadership over a group of junior staff (engineers, designers, drafters)
- Execution of tasks within budget and scope
- Cooperation with engineers and designers of other disciplines
Main requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Previous experience in the design of power systems
- At least 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineering License (Uprawnienia Budowlane)
- Very good skills in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit 2015) and office suite (Word, Excel)
- Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of industrial and manufacturing facilities and systems like NFPA, NEC, IEC, ANSI
- English language skills minimum at intermediate level
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
