Senior Electrical Engineer / Designer

- Design and develop electrical system and/or components to high specifications, focusing on: economy, safety, reliability,
- Involved in projects from the design concept through to implementation, acceptance testing and handover,
- Studies design specifications and drawings,
- Review of electrical circuits and motor installation,
- Supervision quality, the progress and conformity with project work made on electrical systems,
- Plan and design the manufacture and installation of electric power equipment and facilities,
- Determine the type and arrangement of circuits, transformers, circuit-breakers, transmission lines and other equipment,Interpret specifications, drawings, standards and regulations relating to electric power equipment and use,
- Supervise and inspect the installation, modifications, testing and operation of electrical and electronic systems equipment,
- Investigate electrical or electronic failures,
- Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of electrical generation and distribution networks, electrical machinery and components and electronic communications, instrumentation and control system, equipment and components,
- Review the vendor drawings/documents for Electrical Components and Materials; interfaces with Vendors,
- Interact with other engineering disciplines, identify the inputs required by them and accordingly provide the same,
- Available to work with 3D PDS Model.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with International and electrical codes (IEC, CENELEC, EX.PN, etc.),
- Experience in work with 3D PDS Model,
- At least 5 years of experience in ELE design,
- Fluent English speaking person, experience in design of refineries and/or petrochemical, and/or chemical plants.
