Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Senior Customer Service to join Logistics & Purchasing team at our Client’s new established global service centre. Our Client is a global leader in the offshore and marine industry. The position is located in Gdańsk.
Your new role
Senior Customer Service will be responsible for procurement of products and parts, tracking and preparing purchase order documents, maintaining contact with vendors. Additionally, this position will include working on the company’s ERP system and following up with suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a commercial / technical degree with minimum 1-2 years of experience on similar positions within procurement and logistics (transportation, warehousing, custom brokerage services, etc.), preferably in SSC environment. To succeed in this role you will need to be team-oriented and have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Additionally, we require fluent command of English (min C1; according to CEFR) and very good knowledge of Google package and Excel. Experience using ERP systems, such as SAP will be an asset.
