For our Client– global leader in its sector, that is currently opening a new Contact Centre division within its Shared Service Centre organisation we are currently looking for Candidates willing to develop professionally within the customer care area. We seek experienced, dynamic people, ready to develop their career in a demanding environment for the position of Senior Customer Care Specialist.
The Successful Candidatewill be working as a part of a team responsible for maintaining excellent customer care in the B2B area. You will be responsible foranswering queriesof the clients via telephone, email or system. You will be providing appropriate informationregarding the products of the company and answering technical and non-technical questions about the role. Management of complaints and solving reclamations would be in your scope as well. Important aspect of the role is building strong relation with the Client.
As ideal Candidateon this position you need to have a University Diploma and fluent command of Italianas well as perfect English skills.Previous experience in multinational environmentin the area of customer care or helpdesk is a must. Also, you have to be a proficient SAP or other ERP systemuser . Technical or scientific background will be considered as a great asset.Last but not least, the knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills are necessary to be considered a successful Candidate.
