A Shared Services Centre of a multinational production company located in Poznań.
Your new role
At your new position you will be responsible for managing contracts between the SSC and its BPO, negotiating and renegotiating terms. You will also oversee the legal and compliance issues and liaise between partners. It is expected that you will be able to solve any disputes and recommend improvements and propose ways of optimising the shared services landscape.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a relevant University degree,minimum of 7 years of working experience within BPO Sourcing or Procurement. Knowledge of SSC/BPO sector and outsourcing contracts are essential. Fluent English, strong personality, creativity and availability to travel min. 50 days a year are important.
