Our company HR SOLUTIONS GROUP provides recruitment services and services in the area of soft HR (Direct Search and Executive Search, effective teams building). It gathers a group of Consultants HR - enthusiasts working for our clients internationally. We are a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland and the Polish Amercian Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, USA. We work with Invest in Pomerania and Employers Pomerania. Now we are looking for the position of:

Senior Consultant / Team Leader

Location: Tri-City, Poland

Requirements:

• University degree (recomended: Psychology, Sociology or Human Resource Management, MBA);

• Minimum 7 years experience in independent implementation of recruitment projects for specialist and managerial positions, including foreign projects (EMEA);

• Experience in independent compliting of projects Direct Search or Executive Search and management of the project team;

• Experience in industry sector (preferably technical industry, engineering, construction, production and IT / new technologies);

• Experience in the use of diagnostic or psychometric tools;

• Experience in building long-term business relationships with clients at the managerial level;

• Experience in active acquisition of new projects and Clients;

• Fluent English - written and spoken (knowledge of another language would be an asset);

• The desire for professional development in a recruitment agency into direction of Director’s position;

• Ability to work under time pressure;

• High personal culture and excellent interpersonal skills;

• Open attitude and creativity;

• Independence and energy in action;

• Ability to effectively work and team organization.

Responsibilities:

• Individual project management in recruitment of specialists and managers or top management in Poland and the EMEA, including the management of the project team (research);

• Building a pipeline of candidates in EMEA in the industry sector (maintaining relationships with candidates during projects and beyond them);

• Management of projects pipeline and budget, as well as supervising its implementation quarterly;

• Building business relationships with existing customers, attracting new customers and projects in Poland and EMEA;

• Team management, including motivation and competence development of team members;

• Active sales of services and the acquisition for new projects.
