Senior C++ Developer (Perl and Unix shell scripting)
Location: KrakówWe`re looking for engaged developer who will lead and mentor other developers on the team and provide technical guidance to team working in association with other senior team members and the product architect. The candidate will be a highly motivated individual and a self-starter, able to work on complex scenarios with minimal supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities:
- Designs and codes critical system components in accordance with established coding standards and guidelines
- Creates new ideas in order to improve application performance and stability
- Mentors and guides junior team members
- Works collaboratively with team across geographical locations
- Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
- Proactively understands business domain knowledge
- Effectively works in interaction with other Developers, QA and business analysts
- Must be able to act quickly under pressure to investigate and resolve real-time issues

Our expectations:
- Excellent skills with C++ in Linux based environment (minimum 3+ years related experience)
- Experience in boost and Versant or other object databases
- Very good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns
- Very good knowledge of Perl and Unix shell scripting
- Good communication and team working skills
- Good command of English and Polish
