For our Client from Cracow we are looking for Candidates interested in position of Senior Business Analyst.
Your new role
As a Senior BA you will be responsible for end-to-end requirements life cycle management/solution design as well as change and implementation activities. On this position you will manage stakeholder expectations, fostering open and honest communication; resolve stakeholder conflict and represents the interests of other stakeholders.The role will be heavily business focused initially. You will be adopting client's Transformation Framework within the project and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. You will also support the business and functions in assessing current state operating model, translating strategy into target operating models and develop a network of professional relationships to improve collaborative working and encourage openness and of sharing ideas, information and collateral.
What you'll need to succeed
Senior Business Analyst should possess the following skills and experience:
• 6+ years of working experience with at least 4 years in a business analysis role
• Understanding and prior experience of working in banking/financial services industry
• Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience with running meetings in English over video or teleconference
• Knowledge of MS Office and business analysis tools
• Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP/CCBA) are an advantage
