Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging Senior Brand Manager role, to be based in the Warsaw office. Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand plans and consumer engagement activities to ensure that Brand objectives are achieved. He or She will also ensure plans are aligned with Brand Portfolio, Consumer Space and Brand strategies;lead the definition of brand vision, strategy, positioning and marketing mix including pack and product specification and communications, in line with Consumer Group strategy; develop and implement local marketing mix elements (promotion, price management and distribution); propose goals and KPIs for Brand programmes and track ongoing results; manage budget, as well as employ innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage. Senior Brand Manager will also take care of people management, coaching and developing a group of direct reports.
What do you need to be successfull in this position ?
We are looking for Candidates with 5+ years of relevant brand management experience gained at reputable and progressive FMCG companies (Trade Marketing experience would be an advantage), with expertise in the following areas:Brand strategy development,Brand positioning,Product development,Consumer engagement,Brand programme development. We expect fluency in English and excellent communication and negotiations skills, as well as business awareness and sense of ownership and independence.
