Located directly in Berlin you as a Senior Brand Manager Eastern Europe / Poland (m/f) would be in full responsibilty of not only implementing in the brand, but mostly to develop the local marketing strategy and thus increasing both, the brand awareness und the sales success. You will be closely working together with the local Key Account Manager. Description
The position reports directly to the Marketing Director Europe and is responsible for:
- Development and implementation of the local marketing strategy and planning of the brand mostly in Eastern Europe
- Besides focusing on Eastern Germany you will also be part of the brand strategy for the DACH region
- Responsibility for the marketing mix (Media, PR, Social Media)
- Development of local PR strategies and implementation for PL, CZ, NL, F
- Participation in the strategic management of the brand
- Continuously analyzing the markets and consumers needs and behaviour
- Defining the brand position in the local market environments
- Controlling, implementation and monitoring of launches and relays of - including all aspects of the product management and marketing activation
- Management of agency partnerships
- Close collaboration with the Key Account Manager Eastern Europe
Profile
- Degree in Business Administration (with focus on marketing), communication science or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Brand Marketing and / or PR, ideally coming from a cosmetics, beauty or consumer goods background
- Passion and high involvement in brand management
- Excellent analytical, strategic and creative skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Distinctive entrepreneurial thinking, international mindset
- Experience in project management
- Proactivity, open mindset and high team orientation
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- Professional international experience desirable
- Polish and English fluent spoken and written, German desirable
