Key Accountabilities:
- Working with BPM analysts, architects, business users, etc. to build process-centric solutions that deliver value to the business
- Taking part in all phases of SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing and deployment.
- Developing processes flows, business logic, integrations and user interfaces in IBM BPM
- Taking a lead role in playbacks to iterate requirements and demonstrate solution directly to business users
- Assisting with project estimates and sprint planning
- Prioritizing and resolving project issues, escalating when necessary
- Answering technical questions from team members or other technical teams
- Guiding and mentoring less-experienced members of the team
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in computer science or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written skills in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Experience developing process applications in IBM BPM
- Application development experience in languages such as Java, C#, PHP or Python
- Experience working with databases (MS-SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience in XML/XPath/XQuery/XSLT
- Experience using Javascript, Ajax, HTML
- Experience with scripting libraries such as DOJO, jQuery or Bootstrap
- Experience in SOAP, Web Services and REST APIs
- Experience in SDLC using Agile methodology
Ideal experience:
- Experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi TeamWorks)
- Experience using IBM BlueWorks Live
- Working experience with other IBM platforms such as ODM, Business Monitor, etc.
- Previous banking experience
