We are seeking candidates for the position of:
Senior Associate – Reporting and process analysis
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Identification of opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Structuring reporting
- Delivery of monthly, weekly and ad hoc reports
- Support for Management in regards to quality control and quality related initiatives
- Creation and maintenance of Data Warehouse for the purpose of process analysis
- Providing in-depth analysis of process performance to local management
- Responding to process stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Adhering to the efficiency, quality and business conduct parameters
Senior Associate – Reporting and process analysis
Work place: WrocławKnowledge and Skills Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting experience in SSC/BPO, preferably in T&E or AR department
- Fluent English
- Working knowledge of financial tools and software packages (knowledge of SAP would be an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Access (VBA would be an advantage)
- Understanding of principles of process improvement and automation
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to successfully handle multiple tasks
- Accountability and ownership for the tasks entrusted to the role holder
- Strong research, communication and analytical skills
- Attention to details.
