Currently for one of our Client – international Company from the production area we are looking for:

Senior Accountant

Job description:

• Preparation of financial statements according to current valid Polish accounting standards and US GAAP
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Responsible for managing proper accounting processes according to relevant standards in Poland
• Continuous management and support of budget, forecast activities and taxation issues
• Responsible to file required reports to Polish authorities (e.g. monthly VAT filings)
• Management of accounting staff

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or similar education
• Relevant work experience of minimum 5 years, preferably in a production company
• Very good practical knowledge of Polish Accounting Standards
• Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
• Experience of working with SAP or another integrated ERP – System
• Knowledge in Hyperion Reporting
• Fluent English skills
• Knowledge of German – nice to have
