Description
- Performing all the month end closure tasks and monthly reconciliations of the accounts.
- Processing all the General Ledger transactions.
- Posting purchase and sales invoices; banks and other company's documents.
- Preparing VAT declarations; checking VAT registers.
- GUS, NBP, Intrastat reporting Handling customer inquiries.
- Providing data for management reporting when requested.
- Taking care of process improvement regarding quality and productivity.
- Delivering services in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures.
- Managing of team of 2 people.
- Reporting to Senior Accounting Manager.
Profile
- Master degree in accountancy, finance or economics.
- Min. 5 years of experience in accounting in all areas (GL, AP, AR).
- Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Should be able to perform independently with little guidance.
