In Poland, O-I has two plants in Jarosław and Poznan (Antoninek), as well as European Business Services Center (O-I Business Service Center), which manages the centralized services for the activities of O-I in Europe.
O-I Business Service Center is looking for the candidates for the position of:
Senior Account Receivable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Alert the Team Leader and the Manager to the actual or potential credit risks;
- Provide input and recommendation for the order/ delivery block be placed on customer credit profile;
- Support the external and internal audit teams and deliver the requested records and documentation for the testing;
- Fast and accurate data input skills, analytical skills & attention to details;
- Reactivity and ability to assist the team in different issues;
- Ability to support the TL in providing business continuity and quality;
- Ability to support and assist the Team in teaching and solving issues;
- Ability to source for new ideas and implement them will be an additional assets;
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 year experience in SSC//BPO required in AR;
- Experience in accounting operations and in the business environment;
- Good command of English is the must;
- Good Command of other EU languages is an advantage;
- Good command of Italian is a plus
- Very Good command of SAP is the must ;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting / Business Administration / Finance is an advantage ;
- Competent Microsoft Office user (especially Excel);
- Motivated by self-development;
- Accurate with a sense of responsibility;
