self-billing specialist

Responsibilities:
- analyzing discrepancies on self-bills from customers
- processing of self-bills – data validation and analysis
- daily review of unapplied cash due to not processed self-bills
- solving problems with regards to invoicing
- preparing monthly discrepancy reports to customers
- contact with local entities
- other accounts receivable activities
- university degree in Business Economics or equivalent field of study
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- good understanding of SSC processes
- deep understanding for a high standard of service with the customer in focus
- very good communication skills
- ability to review and interpret financial data
- strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and KPIs - strong customer service skills
- literacy with ERP system, advanced Ms Excel skills
- fluency in English (second foreign language will be beneficial)
