Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Netherlands.
The client is a leader in the seed industry making large investments in R&D. The company offers many opportunities due to its ambitious plans for the future.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Seed Technologist you will collaborate on an international level with the R&D specialists of the organization and clients. You will be responsible for the improvement of the quality of the seed production process through excellent operational execution. You will work closely with ambitious and intelligent plant science specialists and receive a competitive salary. Furthermore there is the possibility to grow within the company if expectations are exceeded.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- International collaboration with breeders and seed technologists
- Communication with external partners on research progress
- High quality seed production and processing
- Two seed technology assistants report directly to the Seed Technologist
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Plant Science or related area
- Min. 5 years experience in related area and management experience
- Team work is essential
- Fluent in Dutch and English
