THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
An internationally active company in the production of various crops. With its own breeding and distribution programs, our client is looking for someone to take on the responsibilities for the production department.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Manager for the production operations within the company you will be responsible for the production of products of good quality as well as quality for clients active in various stages of the distribution chain. You will be reporting to the manager responsible for the respective crop department within the organisation.
Superfluous with this position you will also be responsible for setting up meetings with colleagues and clients and ensuring a constructive relationship with parties internal and external.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guiding all production operations on a national and international level;
- In collaboration with various departments writing a plan regarding production;
- Continuous improvement of production processes and results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Main experience and education in agricultural field;
- Experience with cultivation conditions and seed production;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Speak the Dutch and English fluently.
