The role holder will support Security Architecture Team Managers in development, gathering and delivery of high quality, informative and accurate security related management information. The role holder will build and manage relations within internal Security teams to satisfy reporting needs using MS Office and Oracle BI tools (knowledge beneficial but not required). The role may also be engaged in a variety of global and regional activities especially related to MI presentation and follow up on the security reporting information.

The role holder will support Security Architecture Team Managers in development, gathering and delivery of high quality, informative and accurate security related management information. Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the Security area.
- Develop and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for MT.
- Deliver appropriate documentation, including maintaining risks & issues trackers.
- Ensure up-to-date and precise process documentation.
- Track and manage actions as well as coordinate activities and inputs from multiple sources
- Provide quality assurance on MI.
- Support internal process and tooling improvements.
- Ensure appropriate regional reporting and actions tracking with high standards adopted and within timescales agreed.
- Facilitate preparation and distribution of communication materials.
- Cover other tasks assigned by the relevant Manager.
- Minimise costs and use time efficiently in carrying out work, raising issues and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
Requirements:
- Good relationship management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g. MS SharePoint).
- Quick learning and good understanding of operational processes.
- Ability to write technical / process issues with the usage of business terms.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal development.
Nice to have:
- Generic IT Security knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project).
- Knowledge of SQL/Oracle MI or other reporting tools.
