Your new role
This is an unique career opportunity that will offer you international exposure and a solid growth opportunity. The Section IT Manager will manage an international team of specialists working with IT applications aimed at customer processes, such as CRM, EDI, PIM, CPQ, e-Shop, SAP SD. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring availability of resources for the project portfolio and managing the budget of the team as well as maintaining close and good relationships with relevant areas of the business, such as sales directors, Group Marketing and Sales Excellence. Being part of the management team of Business IT Development within Group IT and as such participate in creating and implementing the strategy for the area is also part of this role.
The job also includes being a site manager for Group IT’s team (approximately 20 people) in Poznan. Some of these will be direct reports, but most will not.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have good understanding of business processes in the sales area and IT management experience, preferably within international structures. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
