Scrum Master

Information and Document Systens is a global technology change and delivery organization comprising nearly 200 individuals located mostly in Switzerland, Poland and Singapore. Providing global capturing and document processing, archiving and retrieval solutions to all business divisions focusing on supporting Legal, Regulatory and Operational functions. At the moment developing strategic greenfield project NGA aka. Next Generation Archiving to build large-scale digital archive for documents and records, that will gradually replace all existing archiving solutions in the bank, and to build an operational document store, that should become a single point of truth for document workflows. The whole system must scale linearly, be fault-tolerant, and handle petabytes of data. Some tech: - 100% Scala using Functional Programming (FP), - Event Driven Architecture with Kafka as event store and Kafka Streams for event streaming, - Reactive streams for streaming data over HTTP: Akka HTTP/Streams, - Non-blocking concurrency: Akka, Monix, - FP abstractions: Cats, -Developed by 2 teams using Scrum.

·Living and helping others on the team live the values and principles in the agile manifesto;

·Creating a transparent environment that shares observations and promotes a culture of continuous improvement;

·Understanding and being able to explain the “why” behind any Scrum process and be open to change and Using consensus facilitation techniques to get agreement or alignment;

·Coaching the team on lean agile principles using data such as flow metrics and quality to leverage best practices;

·Effectiveness of all Scrum ceremonies and techniques including self-organization, estimation & planning;

·Removal of blockers, closure of dependencies and implementation of retrospective items;

·Clearly communicating and escalating issues to program teams and leadership;

·Taking a proactive stance by developing contingency plans for potential risks;

·Supporting backlog refinement with product management.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field
• Proven experience in Scrum Master field
• 2+ years in software testing in all types of quality assurance: smoke, regression, integration testing.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience with QA best practices and methodologies
• You will possibly also contribute to the design and documentation of business requirements, covering regulatory and legal archiving applications in addition to operational functionality to deliver end to end solutions to our stakeholders.
• Experience in an agile development environment. Scrum experience is an asset
• Advanced English is a must
